David J. Fevergeon, CFP®
President & Owner/Financial Advisor (FINRA BrokerCheck)
Starting at age 12, I had the unique opportunity of assisting my father in his financial services practice. By 2005 I officially joined his office and then completed a successful transition of ownership by 2014. Today, I am grateful to carry on his legacy and deep care for our clients.
I am an avid planner who appreciates clarity and thoroughness. This made my career choice rather easy as I love to develop clear financial plans and sound investment strategies that help my clients relieve anxiety and reach financial independence.
I also love spending time with my wife, Stephanie, and three children, Bella, Ethan, and Luke. If you can't find us participating in various community or youth events around Ellensburg, chances are we are away at Disneyland, my family's go-to vacation spot.
2000: Graduated from Ellensburg High School in the top 10% of my class
2000-2004: Attended Whitworth University in Spokane, WA on a full-ride Army ROTC scholarship.
2004: Graduated Magna Cum Laude (with high honors) with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and received a commission as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserve.
In order to satisfy my Army scholarship requirements, I attended the U.S. Army Transportation Officer Basic Course in Newport News, VA to study Army logistics. Upon completion of the 5-month course, I returned to Ellensburg to partner with my father here at Fevergeon Financial.
2005: Completed FINRA Series 7, 66, and life/health insurance licensing.
2007: Completed an 18-month online certificate in Financial Planning through Purdue University Global.
2008: Completed the education, experience, and examination required of the CFP® Board to earn the CFP® designation (Certified Financial Planner™).
