With over 47 years of combined experience in the insurance/financial services industry, Dick Fevergeon brought a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge to Fevergeon Financial.
After serving in the U.S. Naval Reserve, Dick started his career with Traveler’s Insurance as an insurance adjuster in 1959. In 1963, Dick advanced with the company to manage the state of Montana’s first group claim office. Within 4 years, Dick was promoted to assistant manager at the Seattle, WA branch office.
After a 20-year career with Traveler’s Insurance, Dick decided to pursue his long-time goal of owning and operating his own farm. He purchased a 240 acre farm in the Kittitas Valley in 1978. As the rapid increase in the value of farmland began to slow 2 years later, Dick opted to sell the farm.
In 1984, he started a new career as an independent Financial Advisor with KMS Financial Services, Inc. Dick’s son, David, joined the practice in 2005 as a fully licensed advisor. Dick retired at the end of 2015, but can still be seen from time to time assisting at the office.
